Which RMF solution fits my installation?
That depends on system type, oil volume, viscosity, contamination source, water content and target cleanliness code. Hobo Hydrauliek uses these factors to select the appropriate filtration and monitoring configuration.
What is the difference between bypass and offline filtration?
A bypass unit uses pressure from the main system and often suits mobile applications. An offline unit has its own pump and cleans independently, even when the main installation is stopped.
How do I remove water from hydraulic oil?
A desiccant breather prevents new moisture from entering. BPUW absorbs free and emulsified water. Watervac/VDU also removes dissolved water through vacuum dehydration.
What does ISO 4406 mean?
ISO 4406 expresses particle contamination in hydraulic oil using three numbers. A CMS sensor can continuously track this cleanliness code.
